Höstdans is my first CD. It contains nine captivating songs full of longing, love and the changes of the seasons. They were recorded at The Sound Café, a beautifully located recording studio near Penicuik outside Edinburgh. There I got help from David Grey to find the fantastic musicians on the CD: Kevin Mackenzie, Mario Caribé, Steve Kettley, Martin Green and Mark Anderson. They all have their own projects in the music world, but they entered into mine with a great deal of enthusiasm.

The songs have been written and composed by Teresia. Teresia is a pseudonym for my mother, Barbro Nilsson. My mother’s songs have been with me since my early teens and it has been my intention for a long time to record them one day. This time I have chosen a melancholy theme, but there are many more songs by Teresia and I hope to start a new project soon!
